Vacation Over: Thank The Gods...

Christmas vacation is officially over today.

MiniWarrior heads back to school.

Thank
The
Gods.

I love the kid, ya know? He owns 99% of the real estate of my Soul.

But...

If I was forced to spend one more day cooped up with him in the condo--and if I heard the words: "Mom can I have..." one more time...someone wasn't making it out alive.

Just sayin'...

Hahahaha. I know your pain, Kat. I was SO happy to see Lauren go back to school. Especially since her and Joel get somewhat riled up together. Her alone is a task, her with Joel.. I'm surprised my house doesn't come equipped with a padded cell for me.

I hear ya sistah!
It IS nice to have the routine back in my life, plus the quiet back in my house.
Right now I am enjoying my first cup of morning coffee *pours a cup for Kat* in the first peace and quiet I've had in 2 weeks....My goodness is it GOOD! LOL!
I hope you have a good day.

I am wishing for a cool snow day for your son. There was nothing bolder when I was kid than a canceled school day.

oh lordy - do I EVER hear ya - all our children, no matter HOW wonderful they are - at SOME point (MANY 'some' points) make us wonder what we were THINKING when we had them!
School is a GOOD THING! :D
Hugs and scritches.

It is for me to survive yet another holiday, though it should not be so difficult this year since father is home rather than here with me.

Enjoy your return to normal.
